Community Council Meetings are currently held on the third Monday of the month, starting at 7.00pm.   They usually last for about an hour to ninety minutes.  

​

The venue currently alternates between Tarbrax Village Hall and Auchengray Church Centre .

​

Usually no meetings are held in January, July, August and December.  However, if deemed urgent and necessary, meetings may be called during these months.

​

This rarely happens but the dates are reserved as contingencies if, for example a very controversial planning application is submitted or an emergency situation arises which requires Community Council consultation and response.

Meetings and venue are advertised in the Tarbrax, Woolfords and Auchengray Newsletter and on this website.

​

Before the Covid19 crisis hit us, meetings were held at the Auchengray Church Centre.  Since the end of 2020  'virtual' meetings  took place by 'Zoom' until it was safe for face to face meetings to start again.
